We are now looking for a versatile employee for the printing house at the Regional Office in Stockholm. This is for you who have an eye for color and graphic design and are also technically inclined. The Regional Office is the strategic function of the regional management that, on behalf of the Regional Police Chief, directs, processes, and coordinates the region's activities. The printing house is part of the region's overall function for internal services. The eight employees at the printing house are responsible for printing informational materials and preliminary investigations for the police authority.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with customer reception, prepress, printing, simpler layout, and post-processing. Since it is a small group, you should be able or willing to learn all the tasks performed at the printing house, including setting up and troubleshooting the machines as needed. We work with digital printers and fiery.rippers. You have an interest in paper and preferably knowledge of graphic techniques that can be communicated in contact with our internal clients. You should also be able to take on various assignments that may arise within the group.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is an opportunity for you who have:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience according to the employer
• Education and/or experience in graphic production
• Good experience working with graphic programs
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Good written skills in English

We consider it an advantage if you also have:

• Post-secondary education in graphic production
• A versatility of different tasks at a printing house
• Knowledge of machines and graphic techniques

Since the role involves many points of contact and the group works cohesively in a smaller team, we see it as a given that you collaborate smoothly with others to achieve goals. The tasks also require high stress tolerance, and to thrive in the role, you are also meticulous and quality-conscious. The role requires that you are used to working independently with a very high sense of responsibility. You value good service and always provide excellent customer care. Since the position requires regular heavy lifting, it is good if you are in good physical shape.

Working hours: Flexible hours, based on the printing house's opening hours.
